The 2023 statewide Spring exercise took place on June 3 from 9:00 to noon, with a hot wash following at 12:30.
Special thanks to Tim Crane WM8A, Matt McCormick KE8CRV, and Randy Williams KD8MOK for their creative input, support, and assistance in bringing this exercise together. They developed an exercise that was locally focused and included elements of all phases of an incident for each team to work on.
A number of observations and a couple of opportunities were identified during the exercise. You can read through the slides. One change that will be implemented effective immediately is that going forward the Spring and Fall exercises will be scheduled for the second Saturday in May and October, respectively.
