The Amateur Radio Public Service Corps (ARPSC) brings together the following amateurs:

  • Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES)
  • National Traffic System (NTS)
  • Volunteers who are credentialed operate in Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES)
  • Volunteers trained as weather spotters in the National Weather Service SKYWARN program

  • Robert Donaldson Named EC for Chippewa County

    Robert Donaldson W8SSM has been appointed Emergency Coordinator for Chippewa County, succeeding Brian Lavey KC8LXS.

  • New Winlink Node on air in Cheboygan, W8CCE-9 on 147.56

    Thanks to the work performed by several people, the CCEC folks have put another Winlink node on the air. Connect to Mi7CHB for the node itself, or W8CCE-9 for the RMS Winlink. Frequency is 147.56    

  • AUXCOMM Course 3–4 December

    After 3 years due to COVID restrictions, we are pleased to announce the availability of an in-person session of the AUXCOMM course. The course will be held 3–4 December in Farmington Hills. Please see the flyer for details on prerequisites and information on registering in MI-TRAIN.
