How do I count nets with NTS liaisons?
This is the number of nets in your county (as opposed to sessions of nets) that normally have an NTS liaison check in.
Where do I record club or team meetings?
Nets, meetings, and exercises, as well as any maintenance activities are recorded under Drills.
Where do I record SKYWARN activations?
SKYWARN activations should be recorded under Public Safety Incidents.
What about Mileage?
Historically, there was a place to record mileage on the county worksheet, that data was never rolled into the section report. Therefore, there is no need to keep track of mileage for reporting purposes.
What about nets?
If the net is an ARES or AUXCOMM net, then you might report it. The exception would be if the net manager is already submitting a net report to the section traffic manager at the end of the month. In that case, the hours are already taken from the report. Not sure whether it’s reported? Take a look at the Net Activity Report to see if it’s listed.
What if I need to make a change to my report?
Select your county as though you were entering a new report, and you will be presented with the previously entered data. Make any changes needed, and click the Submit Hours button.
